For the first time, I wanted to announce all of our mini-session dates for 2025. This one page has links to all of the mini-sessions I’ll be offering in 2025 (except for Santa Experience Sessions). The full details of each session, including backdrops and setups, will be shared closer to the dates. Clients who have already booked will get emails with updates on set design.
I always call my “Mini Sessions” an Experience. Because I love to focus on that. You should be able to look at your photos later on with a smile on your face because you loved the experience.

The 2025 Christmas Experience
The reason most of you guys are here. Lol. If you’ve had a Christmas Session with me in the past. You just know. I work so hard to make this a unique experience. So many of the children come year after year and it’s so nice to see everyone. The two days that I’m offering now are the only ones planned for the year. Full details on sets will be provided closer to the sessions. But I usually do 1-2 neutral type sets and one full-out Christmas.
Milestone Mini Sessions
Celebrate your little one’s most recent milestone. I love the age of 5-12 months for these, but they’re great for little ones of all ages. The milestone mini-sessions are simple white setups that allow the focus to be on the child.
Family Portrait Experience
Looking for that photo that you can put on your walls and display proudly all year around? The family portrait experience is perfect for full family, parent and child poses or sibling photos. It is perfect to capture the relationship between you and your little one, your partner and yourself or two siblings. These setups are simple and classic so you don’t need to worry about them going out of style.
Outdoor Spring Family Sessions
Our outdoor Spring Sessions will be held in Maple Ridge this year. Further details on location will be sent to booked clients closer to the session day. Late spring is great for these as colour comes back to our beautiful setting. A lot of people love these sessions for family photos and to get their kids annual photos.
Outdoor Fall Sessions (late Summer)
Okay. Let’s be honest. We live in the Vancouver area and it’s just super hard to get the timing right for Fall photos without everything being soggy and wet. So I always do these in very late summer for a golden look. The colours are most beautiful at this time. These sessions will be held in Maple Ridge.
What is a Mini Session?
A mini-session is a photo shoot that is shorter than a regular session. They’re often booked back-to-back to accommodate multiple bookings in one day. Mini sessions are often themed or set for a specific holiday. As a photographer, I recommend these for clients who are looking for a few photos and don’t want to go all out with a full session. It saves on costs but is also great for little ones who might not last through an hour-long session.
