When do we photograph Newborns?
We typically book the newborn session for when the baby is 6-14 days fresh. This is not set in stone though. When you have the baby I'll check in with you and see how everyone is adjusting. If you need more time. That's totally fine!
How does the booking work with due dates etc?
We'll book your newborn session for the due date. This allows me to limit the amount of due dates I take in a 2 week period. Babies like to all come at once and I want to ensure I have a variety of date options to schedule your session when the baby arrives.
Should you incorporate sibling/Family poses in your newborn session?
Yes! 10/10 highly recommend. I completely understand that having a toddler and a newborn can be so difficult. And it's nice to have a break. I do recommend that the other parent come for the family/sibling portion and then take big kids out if they don't want to sit around. That way the one parent at the studio doesn't have to stress about what the other ones are doing.
Not that you need to stress. Not to toot my own horn, but I am really good with little ones and have never ending patience - unless it's my own children. Then my patience is "poof" gone. I don't know how that works. lol.
Are props and outfits included?
Yes, I include everything we need for baby. I also have a large client wardrobe for moms as well as little girls up to size 7. We can go over your styling over the phone or through email though.

Every client that books recieves a prep guide with instructions on how to prepare for the session and what to expect.
